• Tenant full name, email address, and mobile number

• Transaction records — payments made and charges applied

• Platform usage and activity logs

c) Information from tenants (via portal):

• Mobile number used for OTP login
• Portal access and activity logs

Deleted tenants are soft-deleted — their records are archived but not permanently removed immediately, to preserve financial integrity of ledgers.
